back on the Eat To Live bandwagon today. this was really supposed to start as soon as we got back to New York from vacation but nearly two weeks of various ailments delayed us. no matter: tonight we ate a yummy sauté of cabbage, white beans, and potatoes, courtesy of the epically awesome Heidi Swanson of 101 Cookbooks, my favorite ever recipe site. go forth and eat until you’re full :)
